WRITER/PRODUCER

As a young girl, Kathryn Halstead recalls being home sick and watching All My Children, with her mother. In the fifth grade, she discovered Another World, and later began to watch the ABC soaps as well. It was after she began to watch General Hospital, that she fell in love with the daytime genre and knew that one day she wanted to work in it.
After attending college for four and a half years, she worked on a railroad for two years before leaving to focus on other dreams and plans for life. Divisions is a project she works on in her free time.
